WINS works with communities, individuals, NGOs, activists, civil society organisations and government to facilitate open and transparent conversations about societal structures and systems that cause gender inequality and violence.

Empower

At WINS, all of us thrive to create a society for women and sexual minorities that is free from violence. We believe that a society should nurture people’s growth prospects by allowing them to be productive and creative. Through our programs, we aim to change a mindset of ‘victimhood’ to ‘change-maker’.

Educate

AT WINS, we educate women from low-income, marginalised(stigmatised) to act against violence and discrimination while helping women to work together. We facilitate capacity building for vulnerable communities while defending the rights of marginalised.
