Me and My World
Over the decades, WINS has been active in coordinating and offering capacity building trainings and workshops to sexworker communities across the Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, states which culminated in the formation of network of sexworkerled community organisations called “Me and my world”
Self Awareness Program Impact
- Improved self-respect, self-esteem, self-reflection and personal grooming while discovering strengths

- Improved health and lifestyle through yoga and meditation

Legal Literacy Program Impact
- Improved awareness regarding government institutions and legal tools to engage actively and effectively with the existing socio-legal arrangement
- Importance of keeping the discourses alive in public realm which led to mobilising public opinion realised
- Increased awareness about social entitlements. Increased confidence in meeting with government officials, gained respect from bureaucrats and officials
- Increased understanding of social movements and increased interest in seeking and using resources
- Improved skills in administration and internal organisation of collective’s activities
