WINS (WOMEN’S INITIATIVES) is a 25 year old Non-Government Organization working at the intersection of gender, sexuality and violence while being committed to help women (People Living with HIV/AIDS & sex workers and other marginalized communities) and sexual minorities in distress to comprehend their vulnerable situation and offer support.

WINS was established in the year 1994 by Ms. Meera Raghavendra, a passionate social worker along with a small team of like-minded individuals.
